Order preparation: Please allow approximately 2-5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
UK delivery: Free UK delivery on all orders. Please allow approximately 3-5 working days after dispatch, or 5-10 working days in total including preparation.
International delivery: Approximately 5-15 working days after dispatch. Customs processing and local delivery delays can sometimes extend this. All delivery times are estimates.
Delivery costs: UK delivery is free. International delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the products in your order.
Tracking: We'll email your tracking information when your order is dispatched. Tracking may take a little time to update. Occasionally, items may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers.
International orders: Import duties, taxes or handling fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.
If your order is delayed or you need help with your delivery address, contact us with your order number.
Returns information
30-day returns: Request a return of standard physical products, including sale items, within 30 calendar days after delivery of the last item in your order.
Start a return: Use your customer account, or contact us if you need help. Please request your return before posting so we can give you the correct return instructions.
Return postage: You arrange and pay for change-of-mind returns, including a different size or colour. We cover reasonable return postage where a return is required for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. There is no restocking fee.
Conditions: For change-of-mind requests after the statutory cancellation period under our additional 30-day offer, items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags and packaging. Genuinely personalised products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where explained before purchase; standard printed designs are covered.
